Refund policy

The return period allowed for a refund is 7 days from the date of receipt. For a refund, the product must have a manufacturing defect. For exchanges, we allow 14 days.

You are responsible for transportation and handling costs. When returning the merchandise, please retain proof of shipment from your carrier. A copy of the original invoice must accompany any merchandise returned for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable, as are payment platform fees such as PayPal, Stripe, Square, etc. Clearance products are final sales (non-exchangeable, non-refundable). If any of the conditions mentioned above are not met, Chikiboom reserves the right to refuse the return or refund of items.

Refund Method

Once we receive the package and determine that the item complies with our terms and conditions, we can proceed with the credit, which will be refunded using the payment method used at the time of purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions and, thereby, are in compliance with them.
