SHIPPING TO USA
All orders delivered to the United States are shipped via Xpresspost or Purolator. They are not subject to Canadian taxes. However, since orders are shipped through customs, customs clearance fees are applicable. A customs invoice may accompany your package or follow by mail. Recipients are required to pay these additional fees, duties and taxes.

WARRANTY
Chikiboom strives to offer high quality products. In case of a manufacturing defect, Chikiboom will exchange your purchase free of charge for one year from the date of purchase. For any other reason, see the return policy below.


DELIVERY
Chikiboom undertakes to ship the products within a maximum of 72 hours after receipt of the order. We are not responsible in case of loss by the carrier (Canada Post or others) or delivery delays due to uncontrollable events. Canada Post estimates delivery times for standard packages vary between 2 business days (local shipments) to 15 days (international). Also, customs clearance fees are not included. Our partner can also help you with your transportation and moving in Montreal.
THE INSPECTION OF PRODUCTS UPON RECEIPT
You must examine the products as soon as they are in your possession. If any item is missing or damaged, you must notify Chikiboom immediately. Chikiboom will not accept any claim for damaged or missing items more than 7 days from the date of receipt.

RETURN POLICY
The return period allowed for a refund is 7 days from the date of receipt. For a refund, the product must have a manufacturing defect. For any exchange, we allow 14 days. You must assume the shipping and handling charges. When you return the merchandise, please keep a proof of shipment from your carrier.
A copy of the original invoice must accompany all merchandise returned for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable nor are payment platform fees such as paypal, stripe, square, etc.
Products in liquidation are final sales (neither exchangeable nor refundable).
If one of the above conditions is not met, Chikiboom reserves the right to refuse the return or refund of items.
EXCEPTIONS
If the product is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible.

REFUND METHOD
As soon as we have received the package and declared the item in accordance with our terms and conditions, we can proceed with the credit, which will be refunded by the payment method used at the time of purchase.
